Tell us if this sounds familiar:

You’re making a big meal, and the recipe calls for, let’s say, cayenne pepper. 

But when you head to your spice cabinet, you realize you left the cayenne in a different cabinet, next to the flour. You reach for the salt, and then remember it’s still on your counter. And so on, and so on…

If you spend a lot of time searching your cabinets for ingredients you know are there but just can’t find, it may be time to create your own cook’s pantry.

Resolution: Remodel! (part2)

Thinking of a Kitchen Redo?

Sometimes the best strategy is not to gut your kitchen, but to rethink the cabinets that are already paid for!  You can get creative by removing cabinet doors to display pretty collections and dinnerware, or by replacing solid door panels with glass ones.  Or maybe you might like to repaint the cabinets, and replace your existing hardware with new ones.  Any of these "redo" ideas can help you totally change the look of your kitchen.  Furthermore, they can also make everything seem new again!
